Avid fisherman and master fly tyer, Carlos has been developing patterns for the jungle rivers wich he fishes a lot. With different profiles and movements. His flies, masterpieces, are not only a great addition to any anglers fly box for their beauty but because they really catch fish.
Carlos also has been leading projects for the conservation of rivers in the Orinoco basin, has several publications, including a book that encourages the good practice of fishing.
Actually he is an IGFA representative for Colombia.
